My Approach

Everyone is searching for a quick fix to get thinner, fitter, healthier, etc. Unfortunately, most (if not all!) of those quick fixes don't last and you rebound, sometimes to a worse place than when you started!

I want to get you healthier for the long run (no pun intended!). This means a more moderated and personalized approach. I will meet you where you are and we will work together to form a plan based on your personal goals, that will be sustainable and enjoyable for the long haul! We will work together to find what your past challenges have been and how we can overcome them. We will identify what motivates YOU to get healthy and stay healthy. We will explore different types of exercise so you can find joy in movement! After all, this is all about a personalized plan for YOU!
