With my wellness coaching, we will explore what wellness means to you and how to help you achieve it. I will work with
you to create a wellness plan based on your unique goals (whether those goals are improving your fitness, managing
stress, improving sleep, or something else). I will provide you with one-on-one coaching calls where we discuss
progress toward your goals and come up with actionable steps to help you get there as well as solutions to help you
overcome any obstacles you may be facing!
